



I did the Slovenian Tour of Champions cycling trip in June 2025. An absolutely fantastic trip! I had never been to Slovenia before and the places we went were absolutely stunning! Our guide, Blaž, and his crew were very thoughtful and encouraging throughout. The climbs were tough — several that were 8-10 mile climbs at average 7-10% grade that took me over an hour (and sometimes over 90 minutes) of continuous climbing. But the landscape made each climb worth it! Tina did a great job on pre-trip communications and chose outstanding boutique hotels and restaurants for each location. This is a smaller operation as compared to a Backroads-type company, but I’m very glad I went with them. We had a very small group of cyclists (4 Americans and 1 Australian), and everyone was super nice and got along well. The routes were well-chosen and we saw many of the top areas you’d want to see on a trip to Slovenia (Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj, Triglav National Forest, etc.). Highly recommended!
